Dear Ones,
Have you noticed that sometimes you have a great idea and then you have lots of reasons why that wouldn't work/isn't possible for you/a silly idea, and so on? Our minds have the experience of only this lifetime. Our souls have the experience of all of our lifetimes. We can connect with our souls and re-acquaint ourselves with the experiences and wisdom of our souls. We do this through our spiritual channels: soul communication, third eye, direct knowing.

Exploring the Soul World
Dear Ones,
I had an interesting conversation recently with someone who does not understand the soul world. This person understands what they can see, touch, measure, etc. Many on the planet may not be aware that there is much to our lives that is not obvious. We each have a soul, essence, higher self, spirit. We have many names for that part of ourselves that lives lifetime after lifetime. In addition to this soul, everything has a soul. Our organs have a soul, each of our cells have their own soul, our relationships and finances also have a soul. These are not the same type of soul as our individual soul that reincarnates.
When we open our spiritual channels, including soul communication and the third eye, we can have direct contact and experience of the many souls of us. We can seek guidance from our own souls and from all of the soul world, saints, buddhas, etc. Our reincarnated souls retain the memory of everything we have ever experienced in all of our lifetimes. We can communicate with our own souls and re-aquaint ourselves with the wisdom and practical knowledge our souls have.
As we develop our spiritual channels, and we use them to help ourselves and others to be healthier and happier, our spiritual channels can expand and become more accurate. When we serve others (not just people) from our hearts and souls, without expecting anything in return, we receive virtue or good karma. This good karma helps to transform our soul, mind and body blockages and can uplift our soul standing. When that happens the bigger the heaven's team that shows up to help us in our service. Every soul has a goal to serve enough that it does not have to be human anymore, and does not have to learn karmic lessons for those things we did in the past that we shouldn't have done. The souls in heaven's realm, the soul world, are also souls that want to serve. It is the purpose of every soul to serve.
I encourage you to open your hearts, minds and souls to the possibilities of open spiritual channels. There are universes within us and within every soul that we can explore, and receive wisdom and guidance from to enhance our lives and the lives of others and for all of Mother Earth.

HEALING OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE DIVINE
Dear Ones,
I learned a lot about the Divine growing up, in school and in church. I saw the Divine as a kind and loving being. I had a relationship with the Divine and never really questioned that relationship. I felt my parents had a much stronger relationship with the Divine than I had or ever would have.
It never occured to me that the relationship between me and the Divine had some karmic blockages. I did not grow up knowing anything about 'karma'. Now I fully understand that we create good or bad karma in everything we think, say, do.
So, for me, there are some blockages in my relationship with the Divine that I created in past lives. We have all had many, many, many opportunities in our lifetimes to create good karma and to create not good karma. My sense as a little girl that my parents had something that was out of reach for me was accurate. No matter what I did I just did not have the connection with the Divine that my parents and others had. I didn't think much about it. I just took it as 'that's the way it is' for me. It was a mystery and I just had to live with the mystery.
Now I know I created this division between the Divine and me. The Divine loves me and wants me to progress on my soul journey and my physical journey. And now I have an opportunity to have that karma cleared in my relationship with the Divine. How many lifetimes have I waited for this time and this opportunity? Many, many I am sure.
If you want to know more about this opportunity for you and your loved ones, please contact me. We don't have to be estranged from the Divine any more. The Divine is willing to clear this karma in our relationship.

HOW TO GET OUT OF THE DOLDRUMS: TALK TO YOUR SOUL
Dear Ones,
Our souls are happy to guide us. They have incredible wisdom, gained from all of our lifetimes. When we talk to our souls we can access that wisdom. Our souls remember everything we ever experienced, did, said, thought, saw, smelled, touched. They have experienced our ups and downs in every one of our lives. If we feel stuck in any particular way in our lives we can receive guidance and insight directly from our souls to make the changes that could be very beneficial for us, in any aspect of life. We all have ups and downs in life. Our souls can help us to smooth out that process and to heal and transform the downs more quickly.
Our souls are happy to guide us. They have incredible wisdom, gained from all of our lifetimes. When we talk to our souls we can access that wisdom. Our souls remember everything we ever experienced, did, said, thought, saw, smelled, touched. They have experienced our ups and downs in every one of our lives. If we feel stuck in any particular way in our lives we can receive guidance and insight directly from our souls to make the changes that could be very beneficial for us, in any aspect of life. We all have ups and downs in life. Our souls can help us to smooth out that process and to heal and transform the downs more quickly.
We may not realize that our souls also have their own
personality, likes, and dislikes. When
we talk to our souls we can discover all of this. It is through soul communication that we can
hear the answers in these conversations.
My first workshop with Dr and Master Sha, in September 1998,
was on how to open up my soul language and how to translate that language into
English (or one’s native language). I
learned that every soul has its own language that grows and changes over
time. Later I learned that every soul
has its own song, which also grows and changes over time. In that first workshop my soul language came
out the very first day, which was rare in those days. I was very surprised to next find myself in
front of the room ‘translating’ Master Sha’s soul language. It took me more time to do practices to build
my foundation energy and more times of practicing soul language translation for
my accuracy to build.
Our souls are in charge of our lives, no matter what our
minds might say about that. The more we
are in touch with our souls the healthier and happier we could be. Our souls have our best interest at
heart. They want us to succeed on our
soul journey as well as in our physical life.
In addition to talking to our own souls, we can also talk to
any soul. And everything has a soul. We can have conversations with higher souls,
like saints, angels, buddhas and actually hear their guidance. When we communicate with these higher souls we could receive wisdom and guidance that could really change our lives for the
better.
We can talk to other souls for practical issues also. For instance, if you have lost something you
can talk to that soul and empower it to reveal itself: ‘Dear soul, mind and body of [my keys], I
love you, honor you, and appreciate you.
You have the power to reveal yourself to me as quickly as possible. Do a good job. Thank you.’ Then chant your soul language, or 'love' for a
few minutes. Then you have to stop
looking for [your keys]. You have
empowered that soul to do something and if you keep looking your are saying you
don’t trust that object to reveal itself.
Our souls are happy to guide us. The
souls in Heaven's Realm are happy to guide us. Open your mind and your heart to
your soul and the higher souls. You don't have to stay stuck in the
doldrums.

GREETINGS TO ALL FROM CANADA!
I am honored to be spending a week in training with my Teacher, Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha. I was able to open my spiritual channels through the teaching of Master Sha. In fact, this was the first of his workshops that I attended.
I am here with more than 25 of Master Sha's "top teachers". Through his generosity and amazing training, we are his Disciples, Divine Channels and Worldwide Representatives.
In every moment with Master Sha we are expanding our wisdom, knowledge and abilities. It is my honor to represent Master Sha and his teachings, and to share this with all of you. In the coming months I will share more here on my blog, on my radio show, and in workshops and events in the greater San Francisco Bay area.
We are learning more wisdom and practical techniques for healing, rejuvenation and longevity. And we are looking forward to sharing this with all of you around the world.
It is no mystery to most that the planet is going through a huge change. We can just be at the effect of the changes or we can empower ourselves to heal and transform any aspect of our lives. And help others to do the same.
I welcome all of you to join me on this journey of deep changes and transformation possibilities.
Start with focusing on the areas of your life that work well for you. Do you celebrate this? Do you pay attention to the positive aspects of your life? Or do you put more focus on the negativities? Sometimes we forget to be happy or content.
As Master Sha teaches: "Love melts all blockages and transforms all life". (c) How much love do you give to yourself? Do you talk lovingly to your body, even if it is hurting? When you are hurting do you like it when people talk unkindly to you? Well, your body does not like it when you talk negatively to it. Give yourself love. If your knee hurts, give it love. If you have a backache, give your back some love. You can say: "My dear back, I am so sorry you do not feel well today. Let me give you some love." Then visualize or imagine a brilliant golden light in your back and repeat over and over for 3-5 minutes or longer: "I love my back, I love my back." You can do this several times a day as needed. I encourage you to do this practice for any aspect of your life, and enjoy the results.

Communicate with Your Own Soul, Experience Your Soul Healing Miracles
Dear Ones,
Remember when you were in school and the teacher called on
you or you were taking a test and your mind just went blank. You knew the answer but could not recall
it. In that moment you may have wished
that someone in the classroom would shout out the answer and save you from the embarrassment
or the fear of getting a bad grade.
Life is like this sometimes.
We want more wisdom, more guidance for our lives and for our
interactions with others and the world.
We want to be able to trust that the answers we have are the most
appropriate and could be the most successful way to move forward. And so we begin a search for the perfect
guide for us. Who would have the answers
for me? And then we have another
question that may or may not be what we are seeking. There are so very many out in the world to
coach, teach or guide us. How do we
choose? This is another unanswered
question to add to our never-ending list.
Most do not realize that the answers are often not outside
of us. We don’t realize that our own
souls have incredible wisdom. Our souls
remember every part of every one of our potentially hundreds of lifetimes. When we are able to access the wisdom of our
own souls we can receive the truth from our souls. Our souls want the very best for us in our
physical life and in our spiritual life.
Our souls want us to move forward, serve, and release our blockages. Our souls want us to eventually not have to
be serving on Mother Earth. Our souls
would dearly love to be serving from the soul world.
We can receive these direct answers to our specific
questions when we learn to communicate through soul language with our souls,
and with any soul. It is not just our
souls that have guidance for us. The
trees have wisdom, animals have wisdom, the ocean has wisdom, Mother Earth has
wisdom. All of the souls of these have
wisdom and guidance for us. All the holy
beings, buddhas, saints, etc. have wisdom and guidance for us.
In future postings I will be guiding you in how to bring out
the language of your soul. Every soul
has its own language, which develops and changes over time. I will guide you how to translate your soul’s
language into your native language.

copy of one of these books by Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha: “Soul Communication” or “Soul Wisdom”. Both are available in paperback or audio book
on Master Sha’s website, www.drsha.com, or
