Hold onto your calmness. Relax and notice your breath. Breathe evenly in and out. As you do this imagine you are in your favorite place in nature. Are there trees, water, animals with you? Surround yourself here with beauty: blue sky, comfortable temperature, soft sounds of nature, you breathing gently in and out. Focus on your low back and low abdomen. Breathe all the way here.
Wherever you are and whatever is going on around you, remember to focus on your calmness.
Mother Earth is changing. Humanity is changing. You are changing. A new beingness for all is being born.
Breathe, relax, become your calmness. Practice this often; daily is best. Practice enough that you become more and more calm, relaxed, centered every time you practice. Focus on your breathing and let go of your thoughts, if only for a moment.
Do not follow the crowd into imbalance. Your inner peace, calm and new life grows as you grow in this practice. Everything is possible for you in this calm space.
Remember to enjoy your life. Do not count your deficiencies, that which you do not have.
Have a smile in this moment. Be that smile in every part of you. Notice the shift of loveliness, inside and out of you, in that smile.
